| Objectives: The primary
objective of this workshop is to enable small groups (executive/ management
teams, sales teams, and forums) and team members to move on to the
next level of performance, efficiency, creativity, connectedness and
vitality.
Executive Summary: This workshop is designed to enable teams to
examine their functioning and effectiveness as a group and develop
a vision, mission and action plan to achieve higher levels of performance
(a journey of becoming the "best of the best.") The workshop
reinforces important team fundamentals such as team planning, creative
problem solving, decision making and commitment. Depending on the
particular circumstances and team's situation, modules and exercises
for effective communication, people skills, or meeting management
can be incorporated in the program. The program draws upon a wide
array of tools, including, experiential activities, business simulation
games, team building activities and a sense of humor.
Additionally, more comprehensive introspective work and exploration
of personality types and leadership styles can be incorporated into
the program in order to promote personal self-growth and increase
trust and respect among team's members.
